How it works
This is what happens at each step and roughly how long it takes. The price is fixed before anything gets built.
We start by assessing your block: access, slope, services and the council pathway that applies. You get a fixed-price proposal before anything is signed, so there are no surprises once design starts.
Pick one of our models, or tailor the layout, finishes and options to your block. Working drawings go to council or a certifier at the same time. Nothing goes to the factory floor until you've signed off on the final spec and price.
Your build goes into production in our factory as soon as the design is locked. Steel frame, cladding, kitchen, bathroom, electrical and split-system air, much of it built under cover to a fixed spec before it reaches your block.
While the factory does its part, we prepare your block: footings, access and services. The finished build is craned into place and connected, through to final inspection and handover.
Once it's handed over, it's yours to use. Rent it out yourself, or hand it to our rental partner, who looks after the tenants and the management. Builder's and structural warranties keep going well past handover.
