Why the studio

The one that started it all.

Between us, our team built over 300 prefab homes together before we started AnywhereHomes, and the studio is still the size people ask for most when they’ve got a tight block or it’s their first investment. It’s the cheapest way in and the quickest way to rental income. It goes from 18 m² to 29 m², with the same fixed-price process and build quality as the bigger Joey.
