The Joey was our first model, launched in 2021, and it’s still our most requested design for tight blocks and first-time investors. It’s built for the lowest cost of entry and the fastest path to rental income, without cutting corners on quality. If your block is narrow or your budget is tighter, the Joey does the job with nothing wasted.
The Joey and the Roo are the same build system, just sized differently. The Joey scales from an 18 m² to a 29 m² studio, so you get the same fixed-price process and build quality at a smaller footprint and lower entry cost.
